I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Charlotte Airport Hotel, as it was conveniently located with a friendly staff and a nice shuttle service. However, the experience had its downsides, especially with the slow breakfast service and the outdated decor. Overall, it was a mixed bag, as the comfort level was there, but some aspects could definitely use improvement.
